Pavan has been managing procurement and supply chains for over 25 years. Starting off as an Industrial Engineer, he has extensive experience across diverse industries, including automotive, hospitality, consultancy, and logistics. He also teaches at the National University of Singapore, Rutgers Business School and Singapore University of Social Sciences.
