A consulting assignment was undertaken to develop a consolidated Investment Grade Energy Audit and GHG Inventory for a representative sample of 10 companies within the Kanpur Leather Manufacturing Cluster, followed by a comprehensive analysis of the findings at the cluster level.
The assessment provides an indicative understanding of the greenhouse gas emissions profile of the Kanpur Leather Manufacturing Cluster, identifying common emission patterns, key hotspots, and opportunities for improving energy and carbon performance across the sector.
Establishing the Cluster's GHG Baseline
